The idea of ‘peer-to-peer’ economy has become very popular in many markets over the last decade, driven mainly by the advent of the internet and the development of social networks, which have made it possible for individuals to connect with each other faster than ever.

In his master’s thesis, lecturer Yuri Rosembaum, MSc in Actuarial Sciences, analyzes the peer-to-peer credit market and its main characteristics and changes in recent years, bringing the debate to the event. In addition, speaker Ronald Poon Affat, CEO at RGA Brazil, discussed the benefits of this new type of economy and the advantages of adapting to this new market.
